A VALID CONTACT LENS PRESCRIPTION IS REQUIRED
Due to current UK Government regulations we can only deliver Contact Lenses to customers holding a valid Contact Lens Prescription, (this is not the same as the spectacle prescription). This has to be issued by a qualified Contact Lens practitioner and must be renewed in accordance with current UK legislation. Your Contact Lens Practitioner is required by law to provide you with this in writing, on demand.
By placing an order you are certifying that the information you provide us exactly matches your valid contact lens prescription provided by your eyecare professional. You also certify that you will renew your contact lens prescription in strict accordance with your practitioner’s recommendations and current UK legislation.
You hereby consent to cheapcontactlenses.co.uk contacting your eyecare provider should you require any help obtaining your prescription. Please email customercare@cheapcontactlenses.co.uk with the name, address, and telephone number of your Optician and we will ring them for you.
If you require help entering your prescription details a copy can be posted, faxed, or E Mailed (as a scanned attachment) to us.
You will be reminded of this in the confirmation E Mail.

these activities, you will be providing us with information about yourself

These terms and conditions of sale govern the purchase by you of contact lenses

The purchase by you of contact lenses on the cheapcontactlenses.co.uk website
constitutes a contract between you and cheapcontactlenses.co.uk.
The submission, in any electronic, verbal or written form, by you of an
application contact lens order constitutes an offer by you to purchase
contact lenses and/or other products for the value specified on the web
site at the price set out therein and authorises Cheapcontactlenses.co.uk to
debit your debit or credit card with that amount plus any delivery charges.
cheapcontactlenses.co.uk relies on the details supplied by you and the contact
lens specification provided by your optical practitioner to supply you with
contact lenses.
You hereby certify that you have a valid prescription for the contact lenses
that you are ordering. You represent and warrant to
cheapcontactlenses.co.uk, by placing an order, that your information
you transmit to us is valid and true and matches exactly your prescription as
provided by your eye care or medical practitioner.
You further certify that:
1. Your contact lens prescription has been issued in accordance with current UK
legislation
2. You will renew your prescription in strict accordance with your eye care or
medical practitioner's advice.
3. You understand that cheapcontactlenses.co.uk will not fulfil your order
unless you have a valid prescription.
4. You hereby consent to our contacting your eye-care provider, if necessary, to
verify your prescription information and any other necessary information.
5. You understand that cheapcontactlenses.co.uk relies on the details supplied
by you and the contact lens specification provided by your optician to
supply you with contact lenses.
6. You have not been advised to stop wearing contact lenses by an eye care or
medical practitioner and have not, within the last 12 months suffered from
any eye condition requiring treatment.
cheapcontactlenses.co.uk can accept no responsibility for a customer's lack of
suitability to wear contact lenses as detailed in the prescription, or for
their overall suitability to wear contact lenses.
If cheapcontactlenses.co.uk is not satisfied with your ocular health or
considers that the replacement contact lenses requested according to the
specification provided to us are not clinically suitable, we retain the
right not to supply.
We will notify you by e-mail of the receipt and acceptance or non-acceptance of
your order.
Please note you are still required by law to send us a copy of your contact lens
prescription. If you do not do this within seven days you MUST return your
lenses as soon as
possible, to us at your expense. If the package is unopened you will be
refunded.
